9th Day - 50 Days Of Gratitude Before My 15th Birthday!!

Neighbors are one of those people who create a strong impact on our lives. So having good neighbors is also very much required and in this case I’m very lucky. As my neighbor is not just a neighbor, but is a very good friend of mine. Lucy Aunty, she’s my neighbor from past 2 years and 10 months. I know that’s quite weird when I even mention for how long we know each other. But I feel good when I remind myself how strong my relations are growing. 

Lucy Aunty completely hates it when I call her aunty, but I just love calling her that way. We are like-minded as well as equally dominating. We share the same zodiac sign and are too proud of it. There’s always so much for us to chit-chat. She’s always been helpful to me. And she loves to have long drives with me, coz’ I give a good company. Ha-ha I love to appreciate myself!! Thank you Lucy Aunty for all that you are!!    

8th Day - 50 Days Of Gratitude Before My 15th Birthday!!

Cousins are like the first best friends and in my case too they do. But surely not all my cousins are so best friends to me, may be because of the age difference between us. Most of my cousins are either to elder to me or very much younger to me. The only cousin who is not so younger to me is Maria Sherly. She loves to be called with that name whereas I like to call her by her nick name, Sona. Before being good friends we are the biggest enemies. We fight but then immediately have a patch. We go to the same school, had also traveled in the same auto to school and now share the same bus to school. She’s always been like my best cousin. When we start joking, we just can’t stop laughing at all. Everybody just keeps wondering if we are mentally fine. Ha-ha, in short we are “The Mad Sisters”. Thank you Sona for being my best friend and sister!!     

7th Day - 50 Days Of Gratitude Before My 15th Birthday!!

My grandma whom I call as anamma is been a great support throughout my childhood. She’s been there with me for each and everything. We also share our birthdays with a day’s gap. The best thing about her is that she cooks even better than my dad!! Ha-ha too many cooks in my life, and maybe that’s the reason for me being a foodie.

 It’s always fun with anamma when she shares some of her experiences and I being one of the most curious person in my family is always eager to know more about her. She gave me soothing massages in my childhood. Thank you anamma for all that you did!! 

6th Day - 50 Days Of Gratitude Before My 15th Birthday!!

GIFTS!!! It’s always so very exciting to get a gift. Even if it’s a small one, the joy it gives us can be given by none. Few of us feel that getting gifts are ‘kiddish’. I don’t know why they feel that. And if they’re feeling that’s right they are just losing out such an awesome joy of life. In fact I always keep waiting for gifts, but I don’t get them at those times. Instead I get them at the most unexpected times, where I can’t even jump out with joy. May be I don’t express my joy or not able to do that because my weakness expressing my feelings out. 

Anyways, today I’m grateful for the gifts actually few of my birthday gifts in advance by my Mamma. I don’t know what had just struck her to by me a night suit, 2 shrugs and a cute hoodie. Thank you Mamma!!

5th Day - 50 Days Of Gratitude Before My 15th Birthday!!

5^th Day!! After thanking my uncle, it’s my aunt’s turn now. My aunt is more like a sister to me. Her shopping was always incomplete without me, as I won’t let her go without me. Though now it is different, as she’s got her responsibilities to complete. She also used stitch pretty dresses for me. With her I was always myself!  She used to be like a medicine for me at those times when I felt bored. She took great care of me as well as my brother. Thank you Bujji Atta for all that you did for me!!

4th Day - 50 Days Of Gratitude Before My 15th Birthday!!

Uncles! They are just the best… And in my case my uncle was SUPER AWESOME!! Though he was present in my life for a very short span of time, but still my favorite. No one could make laugh as he did. When I was small, all my Sundays I would be in his house and sometimes even stay till the next morning too. He used to get me yummy stuff to eat as I’m a foodie. I spent half of my childhood with him. If there was any function or party in the family, the very first thing that I would ask was if my uncle would be present there or no. As I really never used to be interested in these parties, due to no proper company. And he was an extremely good company. I am so grateful towards him for making my childhood THE BEST! Thank you Vijay appa!! 

3rd Day - 50 Days Of Gratitude Before My 15th Birthday!!

3^rd day already! Can’t believe it.. Now this person is the best of all and he is Emmu, my brother. Though he is no more with me but yeah he is my everything. The few years that he's been with me are the most unforgettable years of my life. In my happiness, in my sorrows I have always shared it with him. As sometimes I feel so lonely I don’t know whom to talk to, at those times I remember Emmu. I just keep an image of him in front of me and just start talking to him. Believe it or not but I experience such a relief after doing that. I do miss him A LOT. But I have no choice other than accepting the reality! Finally I would like to end it up being grateful towards my brother for being a blessing in my life. Love you loads brother…

2nd Day - 50 Days Of Gratitude Before My 15th Birthday!!

The 2^nd day is here! Dad, whom I have always been admiring. In short he is my SUPER HERO. He is always by my side, especially in times when I fight with my mom. He has a very special corner in my heart. Though he’s truly short tempered but completely behaves normal ones his anger comes down. And as I’m a foodie the best gift I’ve got in my life is that my father being an awesome cook. He cooks better than anybody, even better than my mom. Love you Dad!! Thanks for being there with me always!!
